An 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas, and its temporary facilities, Panther Village, will open in November.

A new Design and Sales Center at Panther National in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. is set to open later this summer. Located at the East gatehouse entry, the center will serve as a hub for the Panther National team to lead homeowners through bespoke design selections for all Max Strang Signature Estate home purchases.

In addition, the new Design and Sales Center will also serve as Panther National’s real estate and membership sales offices.

Miami-based architect STRANG Design will design the center in partnership with South Florida based The Decorators Unlimited. STRANG has designed Panther National’s signature estate homes, clubhouse and lifestyle club. WillStrong Construction and Development, the exclusive builder of the Signature Estate Homes will lead construction of the center.

Jennifer Consiglio, Panther National’s Design Center Manager, will assist buyers in the design selection process for their homes. Buyers of a Max Strang Signature Estate home may select from several available floorplans, all featuring Strang’s environmental modernism ethos. In addition, they may choose between different contemporary, elevated design palettes offering a distinctive aesthetic approach with selected cabinetry, finishes, hardware fixtures and more.

Consiglio leads the Panther National design team with a certificate in interior design from the New York Institute of Art and Design and many years of industry experience. Most recently, Consiglio was a designer and project manager for Exterior Elementz by Marc Julien in Delray Beach, Fla., where she led exterior design for a range of commercial and residential projects.
