Oak Tree Golf Club, located in Oklahoma City, Okla., will reopen in July 2009 under a new name, Oak Tree National.
The new name represents updates to the club, including a newly renovated course, a teaching facility with state-of-the-art technology, and Golf Teacher E. J. Pfister.
“We are very excited about changes coming to Oak Tree National,” says Oklahoma businessman Ed Evans, who purchased Oak Tree in 2008 with hopes of restoring and improving the golf course. “Our vision for the course has finally become a reality, and we can’t wait to share it with our members.”
With the rebranding, Oak Tree leadership also released a new logo, keeping the oak tree as a prominent element to symbolize the history and excellence for which the club is known.
