Golden Bear Realty, founded and directed by Jack Nicklaus’ son Michael, has partnered with Mariner Sands CC and the Loxahatchee Club to oversee all real estate operations through its Club Community Division.
Golden Bear Realty of Stuart, Fla. has announced a new partnership with Mariner Sands Country Club, also in Stuart, to be Mariner Sands’ preferred on-site real estate brokerage company. Through the arrangement, Golden Bear Realty will oversee all Mariner Sands real estate operations, including marketing, property listing, sales and rentals.
“The Board of Directors and management are excited to partner with Golden Bear Realty. The global exposure and dynamic corporate structure will sell more properties and increase membership,” said Bill Ward, Mariner Sands CC’s COO & General Manager.
Golden Bear Realty, which has specialized in Florida and South Carolina real estate, was founded and directed by Michael Nicklaus, the son of Jack Nicklaus.
The company recently developed a Club Community Division, which partners with private club communities to the preferred real estate company in that community.
“We have been developing this unique real estate program for years and after numerous modifications, we have launched it in South Florida and currently have two clubs as partners,” said Stephen Jara, Golden Bear Realty’s Director of Club Operations.
The Loxahatchee Club in Jupiter, Fla. was the first club to partner with Golden Bear Realty. “I have been at a senior level in the real estate brokerage business in both Canada and the United States for over 60 years and I have not, in that span of time, seen two brokerage firms work more closely together,” said Gordon Gray, Developer & Founder of the Loxahatchee Club. “My associates and I have the highest regard for Golden Bear Realty and I would recommend them for any relationship in the brokerage business.”
By analyzing the challenges that private clubs face, Golden Bear Realty is able to develop a specific plan of action for each of its club partners.
“We understand the club business,” said Jara. “Our management team for each club has experience in country club management and we understand the importance of selling lifestyles, which sells memberships and homes.”
Golden Bear Realty has also designed an interactive website to assist buyers with locating specific properties. The boutique-style real estate agency also utilizes search engine optimization programs, which has resulted in Internet rankings for its communities and locations.
