Justin Fraase has been promoted to General Manager and Cole Hornstein has been hired as Golf Pro/Tournament Director at Wildflower Golf Course in Detroit Lakes, Minn. Wildflower GC is the course made available to guests at Fair Hills Resort, which is also in Detroit Lakes. The resort has also announced new promotions for its own operations: Anna Rasmussen has been hired as Conference Director, and Caitlin Pawlowski as Human Resources Manager.

Fraase, a graduate of North Dakota State University (NDSU), previously worked at Fair Hills Resort for the past three years as its Marketing & Conference Director.

Hornstein graduated from Ferris State University with a Professional Golf Management/Marketing degree. He has worked previously at Madden’s Resort in Brainerd, Minn., and at the Detroit Lakes Country Club.

Rasmussen graduated from NDSU with a degree in Mass Communication and previously worked in Hutchinson, Minn., where she was an advertising representative for the local newspaper, The Leader.

Pawlowski graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in Finance. She previously worked as an assistant front office manager in Jersey City, N.J.
