Chefs’ and cooks’ entries of original prepared dishes that use at least one Minor’s Base and one Minor’s Flavor Concentrate in an unheated format from the list of eligible Ready to Flavor™ products are now being accepted through September 1st. The grand prize is a trip for two to the 2017 Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France.
Minor’s® is challenging chefs, line cooks and foodservice operators to develop an original recipe featuring two Minor’s Ready to Flavor™ products in a cold application, for a chance to win a trip to watch the 2017 Bocuse d’Or culinary competition in Lyon, France.
The submission period began on July 1 and will continue through September 1, 2016. To enter, operators must submit their original recipe and photo of the prepared dish using at least one Minor’s Base and one Minor’s Flavor Concentrate in an unheated format from the list of eligible Ready to Flavor™ products.
The grand-prize winner of the Flavor Expedition Recipe Contest will receive a trip for two to Lyon, France, including airfare, accommodations for four nights and two tickets, to watch the 2017 Bocuse d’Or Culinary Competition, running January 24-25, 2017.
