The Sioux Falls, S.D., property plans to expand its clubhouse with a two-story, 3,600-sq. ft. addition that would be used as an exercise room on the lower level and extra dining space on the main level. Documents also include plans for new landscaping, remodeling, and work on the roof.
Minnehaha Country Club in Sioux Falls, S.D., is planning a $6.8 million remodel and expansion of its clubhouse, overlooking its rolling green golf course, the Sioux Falls Argus Leader reported.
The club filed paperwork earlier this month with City Hall’s building services division. The project also includes a two-story, 3,600-sq. ft. addition. Representatives of the club declined to comment to the Argus Leader for this story.
An addition to the eastern side of the clubhouse would be used as an exercise room on the lower level and extra dining space on the main level, the Argus Leader reported.
Documents filed with City Hall also include plans for new landscaping along parts the country club’s driveway, demolition and remodeling on both the existing lower and main levels and work on the roof, the Argus Leader reported.
