miha bodytec

By C&RB Staff | July 1, 2022

Features:
• miha bodytec is an FDA cleared EMS device. EMS stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation – think of it as electrodes sending impulses to the muscles throughout your body as you go through the workout. Those impulses target and activate all major muscle groups simultaneously, so you’re using more of your body’s muscles than with traditional workouts
• One, 20 minute whole body workout with miha is equivalent to 2 and1/2 hours of high intensity training. Not only are you saving time and putting less stress and impact on muscles, you’re also toning, increasing strength, and reducing body fat while improving your endurance and overall physical performance
• Miha has found its groove in the golf space, as it works well for players trying to increase their stamina and strength in the off-season, but also for those that may be rehabbing an injury. Even one session with a miha trainer can increase swing speed. miha is used by pros like Anna Nordqvist, but also the aging population looking to keep up with their foursome on the course
• You must always be supervised by a certified miha bodytec trainer when conducting the workout. People either connect with a trainer and train out of their home, or find a studio in their area (using www.ems-training.us). This is a smart opportunity for member clubs, as it will keep all ages and levels engaged and coming back in for trainings (and, it will keep the aging population in golfing shape!). It only takes one person to be certified as a trainer, and the device itself can fit inside a suitcase
• For trainers, miha has also provided an opportunity to own their own business, as it can be tailored for golf specifically or for general fitness. Anyone can become a certified trainer and purchase their own device and build their book of business
