Clarke to elevate Food and Beverage program.
Middle Bay Country Club, Oceanside, N.Y., has named Jack Clarke as its new Executive Chef.
Clarke, a 1983 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has more than 30 years’ experience at a wide range of first-class hotels, restaurants, exclusive country clubs, executive and off-premise catering firms. Prior to joining Middle Bay, Clarke was Executive Chef at Fresh Meadows Country Club, Greatneck, N.Y., for seven years.
