The two-story, $5 million golf clubhouse will be 15,000 sq. ft. and feature craftsman-style architecture with front and rear porches, a full-service bar and an outdoor dining area with views overlooking the golf course. The multi-functional facility is capable of hosting up to 180 guests for private functions, such as corporate parties and weddings, and will feature a formal lawn area with arbor. The Magnolia Green Golf Club is semi-private, therefore the clubhouse will be open to both members and the general public.
Construction of the clubhouse and surrounding infrastructure will create approximately 135 jobs, including provisional construction, building and design positions. Once completed, it will support approximately 33 permanent positions ranging from golf professionals to restaurant staff.

The 10-acre center will feature an eight-lane, junior-Olympic sized competition pool, a splash pool for younger children offering slides/water cannons, an activity pool for the older children featuring a water tower slide, volleyball net, and basketball hoops and a lounge pool. The aquatic center will also include a custom-designed children’s playground and a snack bar offering up food, drinks and adult beverages.
The new golf clubhouse and aquatic center will enhance the active lifestyle currently offered at Magnolia Green, which includes miles of paved walkways, sports courts and playing fields.
