A request for proposals from Los Alamos County officials has been issued for a restaurateur to operate the dining facilities at its public golf course, the Albuquerque (N.M.) Business First reported.
Construction began in March on a new clubhouse for the Los Alamos (N.M.) Municipal Golf Course that has a kitchen and dining space. It is expected to be complete by the end of the year, Business First reported.
The clubhouse also features a 1,800-sq. ft. community room for meetings and other functions. In addition, there will be a large patio area overlooking the golf course, Business First reported.
The golf course is located just east of Los Alamos at the base of the Jemez Mountains. The closing date for the request for proposals is August 20, Business First reported.
