The Sarasota, Fla. property has two championship golf courses, designed by Gary Player and Rees Jones, and a 45,000-sq. ft. clubhouse that was recently renovated completely, inside and out, through an eight-month project.
Laurel Oak Country Club in Sarasota, Fla. has named Hampton Golf to manage its 36 holes of golf and 45,000-sq. ft. clubhouse.The 800-acre club is home to two championship golf courses—the Gary Player-designed Player Course and the Jones Course, designed by Rees Jones. Hampton Golf will manage both golf courses, as well as other amenities, including tennis facilities, pool facilities and on-site dining.
In addition to the two golf courses, Laurel Oak members have access to a tennis clubhouse in addition to the main clubhouse. The club’s tennis amenity complex features a junior Olympic size pool, 12 Har-Tru tennis courts, and outdoor dining options.
A complete renovation, both interior and exterior, of the main clubhouse was completed in January 2019 after an eight-month project.
Laurel Oak was recently named Best Private Country Club by the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.

Hampton Golf was co-founded in 1998 by Orender, who served as the 33rd President of The PGA of America, and his business partner, Ed Burr.
