The main amenities center in the residential community is expected to open in November, featuring al fresco areas, a lakefront sandy beach, a grand hall with dining area, catering kitchen, walk-up snack bar, and a 3,500-sq. ft. fitness center.
Construction of Lakeshore Club, the main amenities center at Naples (Fla.) Reserve, is underway and expected to open in November.
Featuring Southern Coastal architecture with shake and HardiePlank lap siding, extensive cypress trim and metal roofs, the Lakeshore Club offers expansive al fresco areas, including covered poolside cabanas, sunny chaise lounges, a pavilion with an open-air tiki hut, and shady umbrellas along the lakefront beach.
“Residents will appreciate Lakeshore Club’s attention to detail,” said Mitch Brown, senior project manager of EECON Construction Services. “In addition to changes in elevations, there is a rock wall with cascading water above the pool and a beach area. One really great feature is the tiki bar pavilion, which overlooks the lake. I imagine it will be a favorite gathering spot.”
Enhanced by tropical landscaping and wide lake views, the club is designed to enhance the community’s barefoot-luxury lifestyle with resort-inspired amenities, including indoor and outdoor gathering destinations, recreational and leisure activities, a fitness center and a lakefront sandy beach. The resort-style pool, waterfall and junior Olympic-size lap pool create an inviting tropical oasis for residents. Children will enjoy their own splash pool.
With 5,160 sq. ft. of space, the main building offers a grand hall and dining area with tile flooring, tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings and a freestanding fireplace separating the two spaces. Bi-folding and double French doors open to a wrap-around porch, blurring the boundaries between inside and out. The building also will have a catering kitchen and walk-up snack bar.
Views of the 125-acre Eagle Lake and Lost Island complete the ambience. Volleyball and bocce ball courts are available on the beach, along with a party pavilion, conversation fire pit and event lawn.
The Lakeshore Club’s 3,500-sq. ft. fitness center offers an aerobics area, free weights and exercise machines, with sweeping views of the pool and lake. Naples Reserve also will offer a lakefront tennis and pickleball complex, along with two miles of walking/biking paths and two dog parks.
