Jonas Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., has announced the acquisition of MembersFirst Inc.
MembersFirst has grown to become a leading digital agency in the private club industry, offering design, consulting, training, analytics, and member communication solutions to over 1,000 leisure clubs, business associations, gated communities, neighborhood groups, and others.
The acquisition will retain MembersFirst as an independently operated brand, including its entire team of private club experts and award-winning designers, who service clients across a wide range of membership management and back office platforms.
The acquisition makes MembersFirst the first full service digital agency under the Jonas umbrella, complementing existing Jonas Club Software offerings, as well as creating new opportunities in areas not served by Jonas’ ClubHouse Online Website & Member Communication platform.
