On Monday, October 17 at 11:00 a.m. E.T., members of the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor as well as the Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy will present a webinar to educate listeners to the new Overtime Exemption Rule, updating the overtime regulations of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The webinar will highlight resources and guidance available for small business employers, and answer compliance assistance questions.
The session will include the opportunity to submit questions during the presentation’s Q&A segment, and participants are also encouraged to submit questions in advance to [email protected].
