Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club, Bonita Springs, Fla., recently announced the appointment of James E. Breton as the new Food and Beverage Director.
Breton’s private club experience included being executive chef at the Houston Club in Texas and executive chef/food and beverage director at the Nashua (N.H.) Country Club. For twelve years before relocating to Florida, Breton owned and operated “Prochefs Restaurant and Catering” in Hudson, N.H, reports the Naple Daily News.
