For its 50th anniversary year, the Missouri resort will feature a new truck that provides more space for staff, cookware and food and beverage storage, allowing for an increased variety of F&B options. Outdoor seating for Par Bar patrons will be made available by the resort’s pro shop and under the patio.
The Innsbrook (Mo.) Resort and Golf Course is set to introduce its new, larger “Par Bar” food truck featuring an enhanced menu for the 2021 season, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.
“The new Par Bar will be located just outside the golf shop. It will open in mid-May and will be open through the weekend, Thursday to Sunday, weather permitting,” said Kevin Corn, PGA, Innsbrook’s Head Golf Professional.
“It’s exciting to bring something new to the course for everyone to use, especially during Innsbrook’s 50th anniversary year,” Corn added.
With a bigger space for staff members, cookware and food and beverage storage, the new Par Bar will allow for an increased variety of food-and-beverage options than in previous years, the Post-Dispatch reported.
The truck’s extensive golf-themed menu will feature items such as the “Bill Murray” bratwurst, “Gopher Dog” bacon-wrapped hot dog, “Master” turkey-and-provolone club sandwich, and the Smokestack BBQ brisket sandwich, along with weekly specials, the Post-Dispatch reported.
The Par Bar will also offer signature Innsbrook cocktails, including premium Bloody Marys and a Lakeside Lemonade made with skinny vodka, the Post-Dispatch reported.
Outdoor seating for Par Bar patrons will be made available by the resort’s pro shop and under the patio.
“The Par Bar offers a new food-and-beverage concept that allows for expanded options for players as well as walk-up business,” said Corn. “It enhances the experience of the players we have on the days the Par Bar is open, which is a primary focus for all of us.”
