The partnership with the California-based hospitality recruiter will look beyond the golf and club industries to find qualified candidates to fill leadership roles.
Innovative Club Management (ICM) and Tuttle Hospitality Careers have announced a partnership for ICM’s Talent Acquisition division and services.
Tuttle Hospitality Careers, based in California, is headed by Wendy Tuttle, who has been placing restaurant and hotel general managers, executive chefs, salespersons and other key hospitality positions for 13 years.
“Recruitment in the private club industry continues to be led by the ‘old guard’ that has focused on traditional candidates and been driven to charging astronomical fees,” said Alex Hammill, Founder/CEO of ICM.
“At ICM, we are building a company that focuses on ‘innovation’ and ‘extreme hospitality,’ which requires talent from other hospitality fields,” Hammill added. “As a result, we are pooling our resources with Tuttle Hospitality Careers. Clubs desperately need fresh, forward-thinking operators, and by blending our respective fields, we will be able to ‘shake up’ the current private club recruitment market and focus on service and talent, while ensuring that clubs have the best possible candidate.”
