International Golf Maintenance based in Championsgate, Fla. has added The Waynesville (N.C.) Inn, Golf Resort and Spa to its portfolio in the southeastern United States. The new owners of the resort are upgrading the facility and have turned to IGM to control golf course maintenance costs and to improve the condition of their 27-hole, Donald Ross design.

Located in the mountains of western North Carolina, the property also has 115 newly renovated rooms, meeting space, two unique restaurants, a pool and a spa.
