Pickleball combines parts of tennis, badminton, and table tennis and is sweeping the nation. While many clubs have installed dedicated pickleball courts, that’s not always possible within budgets or land constraints. That said, converting tennis courts for pickleball is fairly easy.
The simplest place to outline a single pickleball court is in the center of the tennis court, so clubs can base it off the tennis net. Once the pickleball court is outlined, lower the tennis net to 34″ in the center to meet the pickleball standards. Once the lines are complete, the court can be used for both tennis and pickleball very easily.
