1 Cup Apple Cider
½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
½ Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Dry Thyme
1 Tbs Ground Cumin
2 Tbs Dark Chili Powder
½ Lb. Brown Sugar
1 #10 Can Ketchup
Salt And Pepper
Caramelize Onions In Oil
Degalaze With Apple Cider Vinegar, Then Add Worcestershire, Soy, And Simmer For 5 Minutes.
Add Thyme, Cumin, Dark Chili Powder, And Brown Sugar, Simmer For 5 Min
Salt And Pepper
Add Ketchup And Simmer 10 Min.
