TPC Michigan in Dearborn, Mich., managed by Heritage Golf Group, is taking a new approach to private club membership with the select offering of the “Sign and Golf” lease membership. The membership offers the opportunity to join one of Michigan’s premier golf courses by providing a lease option that offers the benefits and advantages of private club membership without a long-term commitment.

“People are mobile today and may not be in the Metro Detroit area for 20 years, as they have been in the past,” states Lee Woodruff, General Manager and Director of Golf at TPC Michigan. “We feel that offering a membership lease would be attractive to individuals who would like to join a private club, but might not be residing in this area permanently,”

Pricing for the Lease Membership, including down and monthly payments, varies depending on the terms of the lease. The program allows access to TPC Michigan with the ability to bring and send guests to the club, practice on a state-of-the-art practice facility, and dine in the clubhouse.

TPC Michigan features a Jack Nicklaus Signature-designed golf course that pays homage to the Scottish links. TPC Michigan became the first golf course in Michigan to receive certification by the National Audubon Society. In addition, the club has been awarded the John J. Audubon Award for environmental stewardship, in recognition of how the property displays a true commitment to the habitat and wildlife in a major urban area.
