Yield: 6 Tacos
3 ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
18 fish sticks, cooked according to package directions
3 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup fat-free ranch dressing
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
6 whole wheat tortillas, 8-inch
• Mix kiwifruit, cabbage and carrot; reserve. Whisk ranch dressing, lime juice and cayenne and toss with kiwifruit mixture.
• Place about 1/2 cup kiwifruit mixture on tortilla, top with 3 fish sticks and fold tortilla to enclose filling.
