After two and a half years of talks, members of Grey Oaks Country Club, Naples, Fla., have struck an agreement with the club’s developer that will eventually give them total control over the day-to-day operations, reports the Naples Daily News.
The transition will happen over several years. For now, the developer will continue to have a role in running the club and will continue its financial support.
In the turnover of the club’s assets, members will not have to pay any extra money or lose their equity—or initiation—deposits.
