Greenville (S.C.) Country Club’s Chanticleer layout will join the three-course rotation for next year’s BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by SYNNEX Corporation.
Chanticleer replaces Bright’s Creek Golf Club in Mill Spring, N.C., which has been in the rotation since 2008. Thornblade Club in Greenville and Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg round out the trio of host sites.
Tournament officials also announced a $652,070 donation to 26 Upstate and Western North Carolina charities from the 2011 BMW Charity Pro-Am. Since 2001, the event has raised $8.6 million for more than 150 charities in the region, making the BMW event one of the most successful fundraisers on the Nationwide Tour.
