Peter Jones has been with the Rochester, N.Y., club for one year, and has benefited from extensive training under Olivier Andreini, CMC, at the Philadelphia Cricket Club.
The Genesee Valley Club is proud to announce that Sous Chef Peter Jones has successfully earned Chef de Cuisine Certification through the American Culinary Federation. Jones has been with the club, located in Rochester, N.Y., for one year.
“We are thrilled and proud of Pete’s accomplishments,” said Genesee Valley Club Executive Chef Robert Fasce. “His constant dedication and drive are traits that lead him down a path of continued success and are celebrated among team members at the club.”
Benefiting from extensive training under Olivier Andreini, CMC, at the Philadelphia Cricket Club, Jones has contributed to the success of some of the nation’s top private clubs, including Rolling Rock Club in Ligonier, Pa., and Cherokee Town and Country Club in Atlanta, Ga.
Jones is an active member of the American Culinary Federation and World Association of Chefs Societies. He is the recipient of multiple medals in ACF sanctioned competitions. A graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Jones holds an Associate’s Degree in culinary arts.
