The two-phase project will add new tennis courts, a fitness center, a restaurant, and a golf pro shop. The club plans to break ground next spring, marking the largest member-voted capital expense in the club’s 54-year history.
Fort Collins (Colo.) Country Club will break ground next spring on a $5 million project to build new tennis courts, a fitness center and restaurant, the Fort Collins (Colo.)-based Northern Colorado Business Report reported.
The first phase of construction on the indoor tennis and fitness facility, which includes 2,150 sq. ft. of exercise equipment and fitness class space, begins in spring. The club also will renovate locker rooms, the Business Report reported.
Phase two will include a new golf pro shop as well as the opening of a new restaurant on the property overlooking holes 10 and 18. The restaurant will expand the club’s dining capacity from 42 to 130 seats, the Business Report reported.
