Escalante Golf has purchased Country Club of the North (CCN) from Oak Tree Capital, LLC. Located in Beavercreek, Ohio, CCN is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf course that features a 42,000-sq. ft. clubhouse, clay tennis courts, family swimming pool and fitness facilities.
