Prior to joining the Eaglewood team, Tandy served as Regional Director of Operations for Premier Salons, Inc.

Rachel Tandy has been appointed  manager of the spa and fitness center at Eaglewood Resort & Spa, Itasca, Ill.

Prior to joining the Eaglewood team, Tandy served as regional director of operations for Premier Salons, Inc., an operator of appointment-based salons and spas. She also served as spa director with regional oversight for Spa Chakra at the Palmer House Hilton and the Conrad Indianapolis.
