Donald Trump may be a hero to all golfers for ousting a man out of his Trump International Golf Club, West Palm Beach, Fla., for verbally abusing caddies and talking too loud on the driving range. But to a Florida judge all it meant was that he owes the man money, reports the USA Today.

Trump, who plans to appeal, must refund the $200,000 membership deposit to Theodoracopulos and could owe attorney fees.
