Baltusrol Golf Club’s Roadmap for
Long-Range Renovation Success
The Design & Renovation Insights workshop at Maplewood CC will also include a special presentation by Kevin Vitale, CCM, General Manager/COO of Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, N.J., on how one of the country’s premier golf clubs, which has hosted 16 national championships and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has preserved its heritage while staying in step with present and future needs through careful and consistent implementation of a long-range capital improvement plan. Drawing on experience with over $40 million in improvements that have been planned and executed at Baltusrol over the past 10 years, Vitale will outline “dos and don’ts” for managing successful renovation projects.
