Culinary Equipment, a division of KD Supply LLC and the sales partner in Colorado for Electrolux Professional, will feature energy-efficient foodservice equipment from Electrolux Professional at a new Food Service Technology Center located in Aurora, Colo., just outside of Denver.

The 1,800-sq. ft. demonstration showroom will feature equipment that is part of Electrolux’s Green Spirit product range. The showroom, which can accommodate up to 50 people at a time, will be used to demonstrate the products as well as to hold sales meetings and events. With over 24 feet of hood space, the showroom is designed around energy efficiency and labor-saving devices that coincide with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) construction initiatives sought by architects and owners alike. End users have the ability to fully evaluate a major purchase to assure the product meets their needs, prior to making the investment.

At the Food Service Technology Center, visitors are able to get hands-on experience with equipment such as the pasta cooker and the 24-gallon Pressure Braising Pan. Guests can see and use the air-o-chill® 61 blast chiller with an air-o-steam® 61 combi oven stacked on top. Also at the facility are the ENERGY STAR® rated WT65 Hood Type Dishwasher and SMART roll-in refrigerator.
