Crown Club, LP recently acquired the Colonial Country Club property located in Harrisburg, Pa. and intends to maintain the property as a golf club. Mark X. DiSanto, CEO, and John M. DiSanto, President, of Triple Crown Corporation, Inc. report that Colonial Country Club fits well into their increasingly diverse portfolio ranging from single-family homes to apartment communities to Class A office space, a variety of warehouse facilities and the Bumble Bee Hollow Golf Driving Range on Linglestown Road.
The facility will be renamed Colonial Golf and Tennis Club and will become a semi-private facility offering club memberships as well as daily fee golf play open to the public. Several memberships are available that will enable a member to enjoy a variety of first class amenities: tennis, swimming pool, fitness center, dining facilities and of course a first class golf course. In addition, there will be some “members only” areas of the facility, golf events and a variety of social events.
Colonial Golf and Tennis Club will be managed by Troon and Jim Karafa of Troon will be the General Manager.
