Concert Golf Partners has added a third private club in Texas to its portfolio with the addition of Pebble Creek Country Club (College Station, Texas).
Concert Golf was selected by owner Triumph Golf as Pebble Creek’s new successor.
“Pebble Creek is known for its vibrant, family friendly environment, and a close-knit membership, reflecting the club’s deep-rooted connection to the local community,” says Concert Golf Partners Senior Vice President Jordan Peace. “This sense of community aligns with Concert Golf’s vision for preserving the unique customs and traditions of our upscale private clubs across America. We’re delighted that Triumph Golf chose to partner with Concert Golf, reaffirming our reputation as the preferred partner for clubs seeking a seasoned operator and best-in-class experience for their members and staff.”
A boutique owner and operator dedicated solely to private clubs, Concert Golf Partners is highly selective in expanding its portfolio. With substantial financial resources and a long-term ownership philosophy, Concert Golf is uniquely positioned to invest in top private clubs, while preserving the distinct culture and tradition of its members.
“Since we bought Pebble Creek Country Club in 2012, we have made many improvements and invested heavily in the club’s golf course, amenities, team, and club culture,” says Triumph Golf Co-Founder and President Billy Sitton. “It’s easy to hand the club to Concert Golf because we are confident they will take what we have built, and continue to invest and maintain the culture that makes Pebble Creek so special.”
Pebble Creek is strategically located nine miles from the university, with close proximity to Concert’s sister clubs in the Houston market—Northgate Country Club and Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club.
To deepen its investment in the greater College Station community, Pebble Creek made contributions to two local organizations via the “Concert Cares” charitable program during a ceremony at the club on May 19. Through Concert Cares, clubs in the Concert Golf Partners portfolio, such as Pebble Creek, collaborate with local nonprofits, host fundraising events, and make targeted donations that reflect the values of the club and the needs of the local community.
Built in 1991, the club features a 60,000 square-foot clubhouse and a par-72, 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ken Dye. His course designs are known for their high-flushing bunkers, domed greens, and scenic, challenging layouts.
Stretching to nearly 6,900 yards, Pebble Creek carries a 73.4 rating and a slope of 131. The course features a natural backdrop on every hole, as it blends a series of creeks, lakes and woodlands to produce a unique golf experience. Pebble Creek is also near a 515-acre nature park, with trails for hiking, cycling, bird watching and equestrian activities.
The clubhouse offers dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, with elegant and casual dining options; five banquet and meeting spaces that cater up to 500 people; and the Creekside Grill & Cantina, an outdoor social center featuring dining, a full bar, and a lounge with spectacular views of the course. Celebrating Pebble Creek’s connection to Texas A&M’s Corps of Cadets and America 250, the clubhouse features a wall that pays tribute to every member who has served in the United States Armed Forces.
Pebble Creek also offers its vibrant membership a full slate of first-class amenities, including a driving range and practice facility; tennis; aquatics; a swim-up, resort-style pool bar; and state-of-the-art fitness club.
