Compass Pointe and Eisenhower golf courses-owned by Anne Arundel County and managed by Vienna, Va.-based Billy Casper Golf-have introduced a military appreciation program with reduced greens fees for members of all branches of the Armed Services.
Active members of the military can play 18 holes at either Compass Pointe (Pasadena, Md.) or Eisenhower (Crownsville, Md.) for $30 (greens fees and cart) Monday through Friday during the 2010 golf season.
“The Naval Academy and Fort Meade, among other installations, give Anne Arundel County a strong military tradition,” says Mike Senneca, General Manager of Compass Pointe. “These reduced rates allow us, in a small way, to give back to the men and women who serve this country in uniform.”
