The report analyzes areas critical to successful club management.
CMAA announced the recent release of the 2011 Finance and Operations Report in conjunction with Club Benchmarking. The report analyzes areas critical to successful club management including overall income and finances, food & beverage operations, course maintenance and golf operations, membership, general and administrative items, buildings and facilities and recreation and athletics. The report information is grouped by key club attributes to deliver highly useful and relevant comparative information.
This report marks the first collaboration between the two organizations using the Club Benchmarking platform, based on Dynamic Benchmarking technology, which delivers precise and accurate peer comparison data directly to the club manager’s desktop. Intuitive filtering allows for relevant peer comparisons.
The 2011 Finance and Operations Report is available for purchase at www.clubbenchmarking.com/reportslanding.aspx. Clubs who subscribe to Premier Club Services receive the report as part of their subscription which can be accessed at www.premierclubservices.org.
CMAA and Club Benchmarking will further collaborate on two additional surveys this year. The Compensation and Benefits Survey is currently underway and the Policies and Procedures Survey will be undertaken later this year. For CMAA-member managed clubs who have not participated in the 2011 Compensation and Benefits Survey, please visit www.clubbenchmarking.com/cmaa.aspx. Participants who complete the survey by September 19 will receive a complimentary copy of the full report.
