Acquisition expands Clubessential Holdings’ presence to municipal, county, state and federal military public markets and adds 1,200 clients and additional vertical markets served to the company’s base of customers in the membership and club management SaaS markets.
Clubessential Holdings, a provider of membership and club-management solutions to the private club, college athletic and health and fitness markets, acquired Vermont Systems Inc., a provider of recreation management software for public entities. Already a major provider of membership and club management SaaS solutions for private clubs, boutique fitness studios, and college athletics, this acquisition expands Clubessential Holdings’ presence to municipal, county, state and federal military public markets.
