Each space of Quail Ridge’s “fitness sanctuary” is designed with understated elegance and offers the finest in personalized services from a team that is focused on greeting each member by name to make them feel immediately at ease, anticipate their workout needs, and make sure they achieve maximum results while at the facility. The standards and guidelines at Quail Ridge are determined by member feedback, to help set the club apart through personalized service combined with high-quality experiences.
The Quail Ridge Fitness Center’s menu of services includes:
Personal Training—The club’s team of certified fitness professionals will develop and implement individualized programs that address all five classic components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Offered in 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions, a variety of single-session or multi-session packages are available to meet a member’s specific training needs.
Group Classes—A number of fun and engaging group classes are offered throughout the year.
Titleist Performance Institute Evaluation & Training—Through a team approach to player development, and built around the belief that the most efficient golf swing is based on a person’s physical capabilities, Quail Ridge golf professionals and certified fitness professionals work together to devise a comprehensive program designed specifically for each member.
Stretch Therapy— Flexibility and overall wellness are taken to the next level as members experience a one-on-one, 30-minute session with one of Quail Ridge’s fitness professionals to enjoy a relaxing, fully passive, full body stretch.
Nutrition—Private nutrition counseling is available to help members meet their dietary needs and learn how good nutrition can change their lives.
Pilates— Available in private sessions, single sessions or multi-session packages,
Pilates exercises at Quail Ridge help to train several muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movements. Members are taught to develop proper technique and actually re-train their bodies to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion, as invaluable aids to injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal health.
The Quail Ridge Spa allows members to indulge themselves for an hour or the entire day, with a professional staff offering a full menu of services, from massages and facials to body treatments, teeth whitening, waxing and more. The club’s Spa facilities include three treatment rooms, shower amenities, saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools, along with a relaxation area and other amenities.
