Mizner Country Club in Delray Beach, Fla. named Edward Linsley as General Manager/COO. Linsley spent the past 30 years in hospitality management including 20 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Food & Beverage Director, Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, General Manager, and Senior General Manager in different locations worldwide. Most recently, he has been working with Forbes Travel Guide evaluating 5-star Hotels, Resorts & Restaurants worldwide and as a Senior Executive Trainer.

Ron Dumas, PGA Assistant Professional at Avon Fields Golf Course in Cincinnati, Ohio, will receive the NAACP Cincinnati Chapter’s President’s Award—the highest honor given at the local branch level to recognize an individual that has been a pillar of the organization for their individual sacrifice and overall impact. Prior to becoming certified by the PGA of America, Dumas founded the Reaching Out For Kids (ROFK) program in order to teach life lessons and help direct young lives in need.
Indian Wells (Calif.) Golf Resort named Nicholas Leitner as Director of Agronomy. Leitner was most recently Head Golf Course Superintendent and Director of Grounds at Marrakesh Country Club in Palm Desert, Calif.
LaFayette Golf Course in LaFayette, Ga. named Walker Bryant as Superintendent. Bryant was most recently Superintendent of Cherokee Ridge Golf Course in Union Grove, Ala.
Kayla Kipp, the Equipment Manager in the Turfgrass Management Department for Mystic Rock and Shepherd’s Rockgolf courses at Nemacolin in Farmington, Pa., recently achieved her certification as a Certified Turf Equipment Manager through the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA). She is one of 15 in the world to hold this certification in the industry and is, notably, the first woman to do so.
Woodstock (Vt.) Inn & Resort named Matthew McClure as Executive Chef. McClure was most recently Executive Chef at The Hive, a restaurant at the 21c Museum Hotel in Bentonville, Ark.
Myers Park Country Club in Charlotte, N.C. named Josh Persinger as Executive Chef. Persinger was most recently Executive Chef at Country Club of Charleston (S.C.).
