The Sutter Club in Sacramento, Calif. named Leo M. Luistro VI, CCM as General Manager. Luistro was most recently General Manager/COO at Savannah (Ga.) Yacht Club.
Sunkist Country Club in Biloxi, Miss. named Mark Powell, PGA as General Manager. Powell was most recently Director of Golf Operations at Fallen Oak Golf Course in Saucier, Miss.
SaddleBrooke Two, a master planned community north of Tucson, Ariz., named Mike Karpe as Director of Golf Operations. Karpe has served as the club’s Head Golf Professional since December 2017 and was a key team member in the recent renovation of the MountainView Course.
Shangri-La Resort in Monkey Island, Okla. named Ryan Snyder as Director of Golf. Snyder has spent the past 13 years in various golf-professional roles in Florida, including Island Country Club in Marco Island, Eagle Creek Country Club in Naples, and The Boca Raton Resort & Club. Most recently, Snyder served as Director of Golf at Indian Spring Country Club in Boynton Beach.
Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto (Mexico) by Danzante Bay named Rich Taylor as Director of Golf. Taylor has held roles at prestigious organizations such as Pebble Beach Company, Marriott Golf and Sunriver Resort.
PGA of America Golf Professional Jim Stewart, the Head Professional at Serrano Country Club in El Dorado Hills, Calif., has earned PGA Master Professional Status, the highest educational designation a PGA of America Member can obtain.
La Cumbre Country Club in Santa Barbara, Calif. named Kris Butterfield, MCMP as Director of Membership, People & Culture. Kris Butterfield was most recently Director of Membership, Communications & Public Relations at Bethesda (Md.) Country Club.

RATIONAL USA promoted Joseph Gomez to Sales Director for the Central region. Gomez joined RATIONAL in February 2017 and has been highly successful in his role as an RSM, being named USA Sales Person of the Year in 2021 and in the global Club of Champions three times: 2021 (2nd), 2022 (1st), and 2023 (3rd).
Club Champion named Colin Hall as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Club Champion, Hall served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Fusion Education Group.
