Providence Country Club in Charlotte, N.C. named Rolf Eckert as General Manager. Eckert was most recently General Manager at River Hills Country Club in Lake Wyllie, S.C. Before that, he was Clubhouse Manager at Carmel C.C. in Charlotte, N.C.
Tiburon (Calif.) Peninsula Club named Lukasz Monka, CCM as General Manager/COO. Monka was most recently Director of Wellness at The Landings Club in Savannah, Ga.
The Union Club of Cleveland named Preston Smith as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. Charles Anderson, who has been the interim General Manager for the last several months, will continue until Smith’s position commences mid-July. Smith had previously worked at the Union Club for 18 years through various roles, culminating as Director of Dining Services in his final role. Smith went on to serve other Clubs in the Cleveland area, such as The Country Club in Pepper Pike, The Wembley Club in Chagrin Falls and most recently as the General Manager of Shaker Heights Country Club.
TPC River’s Bend in Maineville, Ohio named CJ Knapp as General Manager. Knapp previously served as the Director of Business Development at TPC River’s Bend the last five years and will assume his new role immediately.
Dallas Country Club in Dallas, Texas named Kris Glaubitz, CCM as Assistant General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage. Glaubitz was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Md.
Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado, Ark. named Sandy Davison as Director of Golf. Davison has served at some of the most prestigious clubs in the country including Baltusrol Golf Club in New Jersey; Desert Mountain Golf Club, Superstition Mountain Golf & Country Club and Paradise Valley Country Club in Arizona; The Club at Carlton Woods in Texas; and TPC Sawgrass in Florida.
Diamanté Cabo San Lucas (Mexico) named Josh Hershoff as Director of Golf. Hershoff was most recently a Golf Professional at The Club at Strawberry Creek in Kenosha, Wis.
Baltimore (Md.) Country Club named Cathy Kim, PGA/LPGA as Director of Instruction. Kim was most recently a Teaching Professional 1757 Golf Club in Dulles, Va.
The Port Royal Club in Naples, Fla. named Louis Vosloo as Director of Tennis. Vosloo was most recently Director of Racquets at Grey Oaks Country Club, also win Naples.
Cherry Hills Country Club in Cherry Hills Village, Colo. named Ruben Garcia, CEC, CCA as Director of Culinary Operations. Garcia was most recently Executive Chef at Augusta National Golf Club.
The Country Club of (Richmond) Virginia named Frank Kassner as Executive Chef. Kassner was most recently the Director of Culinary Operations of Edgar’s Hospitality Group in Augusta, Ga.
The Country Club of Indianapolis (Ind.) named Justin Miller as Executive Chef. Miller was was most recently Executive Chef at LRG Restaurants and oversaw all food operations and the culinary staff at the company’s award-winning Anthony’s Chophouse and 3UP Rooftop Bar in Carmel, Ind. He previously spent four years as Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Director at Hillcrest Country Club in Indianapolis and began his career at The Country Club of Indianapolis in 2011 as the Executive Sous Chef.
Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Ga. named Tyler Mayer as Director of Wellness. Prior to joining Reynolds, Mayer served as the Director of Fitness at Desert Highlands Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz. He also held positions as the Lifestyle Director at Blackstone Country Club in Vistancia, Ariz., Sports Club Manager at Arrowhead Country Club and was an event manager for Walt Disney World Resorts at Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex in Kissimmee, Fla.
JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa named Hector Rivera as the resort’s Culinary Gardener. Rivera previously worked in culinary gardens for three years with the San Antonio Botanical Garden before joining the resort.
JW Marriott San Antonio (Texas) Hill Country Resort & Spa promoted Vince Waddill to Director of Event Management. Since 2015, Waddill has served as Director of Event Planning at the resort.
Jodi Gascoigne, Golf Merchandiser at Mizner Country Club in Delray Beach, Fla. earned her Certified Retail Manager Certificate from the Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM).
RealFood Hospitality, Strategy & Design announced promotions of two key members of its growing design team. Peter Bryant, former Senior Design Specialist, was promoted to Project Manager. Jessica Gates was elevated to Associate Project Manager from her prior role as Design Specialist.
DENEHY Club Thinking Partners named Carolyn Kepcher as a Senior Search Consultant. For 12 years, Kepcher served as an Executive Vice President with the Trump Organization in the Golf sector. She has also served as the Vice President and General Manager at Aspetuck Valley Country Club in Weston, Conn. and Chief Operating Officer at The Redding Country Club in Redding, Conn.
Bobby Jones Links named Ken Nicholas as Vice President of Operations. Nicholas was most recently a Regional Manager for ClubCorp. He has more than 20 years of club management experience in the St. Louis, Chicago, Wichita, Philadelphia, and New York markets.

TRUE linkswear named J.D. Rastovski as National Sales Director. Previously, Rastovski was the Pacific Northwest Territory Sales Leader for Parsons Extreme Golf. Prior to that, he enjoyed a two-year stint with TRUE as Western U.S. Regional Sales Manager. Rastovski is joined by Strategic Sales Manager Sean Finucan, who had successful tenues with PXG and Nike, and Green Grass Sales Manager T.J. Bordeaux, a leading sales rep with johnnie-O for nearly six years.
Howard Fertilizer and Chemical Company Inc. named Sean McNerney as Director of Sales for the Turf and Ornamental Division. McNerney became acquainted with Howard Fertilizer as a customer when he was a golf course superintendent, then supported the company in a manufacturer’s role during his eight years at Bayer.
