The Club at Grandezza Selects KemperSports

By Joe Barks | September 7, 2017

The club was built in 2001 and is part of The Grandezza residential community in Estero, Fla. It features an 18-hole, par-72 golf course that traverses 125 acres of native vegetation, lakes and marshes that provide a sanctuary for wildlife.

Gravitas, LLC of Sarasota, Fla., has selected KemperSports to manage The Club at Grandezza in Estero, Fla. The Club at Grandezza is the centerpiece and social hub of The Grandezza residential community, which offers an active lifestyle through a full complement of recreation and social activities for its members.

Built in 2001, The Club at Grandezza features an 18-hole, 7,000-yard, par-72 golf course that traverses 125 acres of native vegetation, lakes and marshes that provide a sanctuary for wildlife.

In addition to golf, The Club at Grandezza provides its members a full suite of amenities, including a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, six clay tennis courts, multiple dining options and two bocce ball courts. Members enjoy active tennis and golf programs as well as creative programming and social events supported by the club’s staff.

The clubhouse at The Club at Grandezza features a master ballroom with an adjacent terrace overlooking the pool and golf course, making it a popular wedding and event destination.

“KemperSports’ reputation led to our discovery of their management style and philosophies, which align with our belief system,” said Randy Whitmer, Vice President, Gravitas LLC. “Gravitas looks forward to our relationship with KemperSports and sharing the common goal of improving Grandezza.”

KemperSports began operations at The Club at Grandezza on August 23, 2017. The management firm will work with ownership to enhance the member experience while also implementing proven best practices and programs, including True Service, KemperSports’ proprietary customer service training program.

“The Club at Grandezza is a great family club in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the region,” said KemperSports CEO Steve Skinner. “Working with new ownership, our goal will be to deliver an uncompromised member experience through new and creative club programming with genuine and friendly service from staff.”
