Mirasol’s Grille Room is located on the ground floor of the grand clubhouse and is a member favorite. In addition to a full-service meal, members and their guests can enjoy walking up to the carving and action stations and salad bar. A display kitchen complete with rotisserie and pizza ovens adds to the ambiance of this destination restaurant. A U-shaped bar promotes after-dinner camaraderie and after-sporting activities and provides views of the covered dining loggia and exterior dining patio. Outdoor dining options abound. The club’s covered patio offers a picturesque setting with both fire and water features, and lush landscaping.
Solstice, the club’s new, upscale dining experience is for those nights when you want something more sophisticated than the casual ambiance of the Grille Room. This stylish and intimate restaurant provides the perfect venue for experienced chefs to showcase their extensive culinary talents.
The expansion of Mirasol’s Grand Ballroom included the addition of a terrace, which has become a popular spot for wine tastings, pre-function cocktail parties, socially distanced outdoor dining, and other social events. The golf views are breathtaking and it is the perfect spot from which to enjoy the beautiful south Florida weather year-round.
At The Esplanade, members enjoy a health-conscious café called Revive! Mirasol’s poolside restaurant features fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, salads, and frozen yogurt during the day, and at night, transforms into a spectacular seafood and sushi restaurant that also caters to landlubbers and vegetarians alike.
