In the Food and Beverage department Bedens Brook is fortunate to have talented culinarians in the kitchen, headed by Executive Chef Gabriel DiLorenzo and accompanied by Chef’s Jacqueline Baldassari, Bob Magnani and Sous Chef Javier Ramirez. This team tackle every day with energy as they prepare every meal, whether a club lunch or an evening dinner, with great respect and dedication to their craft.
This past year they revamped existing menus with modifications that offered a good blend of traditional club items and a slice of new and exciting new fare, adding fresh, light and healthy items throughout the menu selections.
In addition, they added choices that had more menu diversity with evenings geared more to a casual service, but with a “fine dining approach” offering more fresh seafood and prime steaks.
Members have embraced what the team has developed, as they have full faith that they can always consistently enjoy an exceptional meal at Bedens Brook day in and day out.
