Executive Chef Andres Rumis and his culinary team are constantly innovating, creating new dishes and unique dining experiences for Members. Chef strikes the perfect balance of keeping Members happy with their favorite classic dishes (take chicken piccata, for example) and keeping them on their toes by weekly changing lunch, dinner and dessert menus based on seasonality and local sourcing of fresh ingredients.
Isleworth’s culinary experience extends beyond the kitchen and into the Member experience by integrating live cooking stations at club events, hosting cooking classes and creating showstopping food displays so that Members quite literally “eat with their eyes first.”
