Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club has risen above the challenges presented in 2020 by pivoting into a new business model. The food and beverage team developed new and exciting offerings that have resulted in greater member satisfaction.

“Our Up to Par team at Heritage Hunt was able to continue to provide great food and Beverage offerings through our popular curbside service, special events, and our many outdoor options,” says Brian Baer, Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef for Up to Par at Heritage Hunt. “We look forward to opening the new Red Oak Bar and adding additional Food and Beverage amenities as we fully reopen.”

In 2020, Heritage Hung started a successful curbside operation that generated twice as much revenue as the indoor dining operation. Furthermore, by offering specialty events, the club was able to maximize its community outreach. For example, its virtual wine dinner was a huge success. By teaming with the local wine club and wine vendors, the club was able to create an at-home experience that included wine, wine glasses, a tasting video and a 3-course meal.

Additionally, Heritage Hunt was able to implement pre-order pick-ups for holidays and special events that expanded its customer base and will lead to more guests when the dining room reopens.

Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club boast an 18-hole championship private golf course surrounded by 750 acres of peaceful rolling hills and natural landscape.
