Chef's Certifications | Most recently, the Club appointed Ms. Chrissie Bennett as the Executive Chef. Chrissie is the first female to ever hold this position. Chrissie is from Jamaica which adds a wonderful dimension to her approach to food preparation. Chrissie has been a part of the Club for the past ten years. Because of her dedication, passion and talent, Chrissie filled the open Chef's position. The Board unanimously supported Chrissie's appointment; the Membership is very excited about her appointment. While not a certification per se, this is a significant achievement for women of color. |
