Homemade pasta? Sì grazie! Tableside guacamole on Cinco de Mayo? Mmm. ¡Mezclar! Artisanal charcuterie board and Veuve Clicquot in the Chatham Igloos? You bet! Chef Oscar is always looking to “wow” the membership with his dishes and create a worldly experience for members of all ages.
He’s also very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle which is why he has multiple menu items in each dining area that cater to anyone’s dietary restrictions, allergies, or healthier menu items. Any of Chatham’s craft pizzas can be made with gluten-free dough or olive oil & garlic instead of our homemade red sauce. Chef Oscar also believes in eating the rainbow - and we don’t mean Skittles!
