Chef McElroy prides himself on having built a team-focused environment in the kitchens of Hampton Hall where every member of the team has the opportunity to create, learn and grow while providing amazing culinary experiences for our members.
Chef McElroy played an integral part in the launching of the new Culinary Institute of the South in Bluffton, SC. writing the initial curriculum for the local technical college, teaching the first classes, and overseeing the graduation of the first students. Prior to joining Hampton Hall, Chef McElroy was the Executive Chef for Robert Irvine's Food Network show Restaurant: Impossible, where he oversaw the relaunch of over 40 restaurants.
