Scheduled for a grand opening event in May, the new amenity within the Cresswind Peachtree City (Ga.) residential community is a 17,250-sq. ft. building featuring an indoor pool with lap lanes, spa, demonstration kitchen, arts and crafts room, lounge area with billiards, social ballroom, and fitness center with a yoga and aerobics studio.

The Club at Cresswind in Peachtree City, Ga., has unveiled a new clubhouse.

The amenity, located within the Cresswind Peachtree City residential community, will provide residents with a variety of indoor and outdoor resort-style comforts. A grand opening event is being planned for May.

Designed for year-round use, the 17,250-sq. ft. building features an indoor pool with lap lanes, spa, demonstration kitchen, arts and crafts room, lounge area with billiards, social ballroom and fitness center with a yoga and aerobics studio. The surrounding grounds provide recreational and social offerings including an amphitheater, bocce, pickleball and tennis courts, a resort-style pool, fireplace and grilling courtyard as well as walking trails.

Cresswind staffs a full-time activities director and offers a calendar full of social gatherings. Offerings will include gourmet cooking classes, group fitness classes, educational offerings, volunteer programs and a variety of clubs ranging from fishing, billiards, arts and crafts and pickleball.

The age-restricted community is located 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta.
