| Other items of note | The new pool complex includes a six lane, 25-meter competition pool, shallow lounging area for adults, a zero-entry pool with soft mat entry, spray fountains, soft play sculpture, and a water “dumping” cedar tree. There is a shade structure over a portion of the shallow pool area. Recessed seating, at both the children’s area and adult area and a 420 degree play slide. The pool is fully handicap accessible with a mechanical lift, for wheelchair access, handicap railings, and the zero-entry. The complex sit in a beautiful setting with views of the river as well as the par 3 course. The pool area also includes both hard and soft surfaces for tables, chairs, umbrellas, and lounges. The pool has heating capabilities allowing for the pool to open earlier in the spring or stay open later in the fall should the club choose to operate it past the traditional Memorial Day to Labor Day schedule. |

A new 5,200 sf one story pool clubhouse is located next to the new pool and pool deck. It sits between the pool and the existing tennis courts, providing a sound buffer for those playing tennis. The design of the new building is similar to the main clubhouse with white painted brick, sloped, shingled roof, and green painted trim. Large insulated glass windows surround the east (pool side) and south (river side), to take advantage of the views.
The building provides a casual dining area, seating 38. The dining area opens to an exterior, covered dining space, with four glass overhead garage doors. Three fire pits provide seating outside providing views of the river and evening sunsets. A small bar area inside also provides a “half-way house” for those playing the nine-hole par 3 course.
